On February 15, 2024, State Police in Lowville arrested 24-year-old Dylan C. Hoch Sr. of Glenfield, NY for Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child (A-2 felony) and Endangering The Welfare of a Child (A-misdemeanor). Mr. Hoch is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse on 10 occasions over the course of two years, with a female child, who was between the ages of 10 and 12 at the time of the incidents. Hoch was arraigned in Lewis County CAP court and remanded to the Lewis County Public Safety Building in lieu of $50,000 cash bail. 

Former Ocean Springs martial arts instructor Allan Todd Pisarich was convicted of six counts of sexual battery and three counts of touching a child for lustful purposes in the Circuit Court of Jackson County Monday morning. According to District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath, the 54-year-old pled guilty to the sexual battery and touching of a child for lustful purposes of two child victims who were between 10 and 14 years old at the time of the crimes.
