A Child Solicitation Sting conducted in Greenwood, Indiana from Nov. 28 – Nov. 30, 2023 has resulted in 21 men, including a public servant, being arrested.  Darrel L. Hutchings Jr., 46, of Southport was arrested for Child Solicitation, a Level 4 Felony; Dissemination of Harmful Matter, a Level 6 Felony (Pornography); and Making Unlawful Proposition, a Misdemeanor.
