A youth minister was in court for sex crimes Wednesday. Terry Murphree is charged with nearly 20 counts of sex crimes including rape and clergy having sex with a child and human trafficking.

Not only is Murphree accused of raping a 13-year-old child, Blount County Investigators also say he sexually assaulted four more underage girls and fathered two children with two of the victims.

We know this because new evidence shows that Murphree waved his parental rights to one of the children with a DNA test confirming that child is his. Investigators say Terry Murphree had a sleepover at his house with a group of girls from his youth ministry on March 29, and that’s when prosecutors say the first incident involving the 13-year-old occurred.
